If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days. If you are exchanging your item, you will not be charged shipping costs on the new item! Does not apply if you are having your item shipped 2-day or overnight. All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. The postmark date must be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Return/Exchange Instructions

  1. Please e-mail info@Ladanscloset.com or call 1-973-704-3231 M - F 10am - 6pm EST for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). If you contact us by e-mail, you will receive the RAN within 24 hours. You must print the RAN on the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment.

    If you cannot find the included return/exchange form, you must still print your RAN number on a piece of paper with your name, address, phone number, order date, and email address.

  2. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.

  3. Once we receive the garments, we will notify you via email on record of the refund, store credit or exchange.
